Free Agent Training
Agents are busy people. The last thing they have time to do is struggle and waste time trying to learn how to use a new resource. The Imprev Design Center is easy to use and the process is consistent - so no matter what type of marketing piece they are creating, the steps are the same. But to make the adoption process even easier, we offer free training webinars that will have your agents whizzing through the Design Center in under an hour. Training sessions cover all the components of the Design Center, including: · Marketing with the Design Center · Design Center product overview · Print, email and hosted marketing and distribution · Basic site navigation · Building a postcard · Using the Image Assistant and Phrase Assistant (this will save you tons of time!) · Painting a farm area with 5-Minute Marketing · Building a virtual flyer · Building an e-flyer · Hosting virtual tours and flyers · Web statistics If you'd like to schedule a private training session for your office, we require a minimum of 5 agents, and scheduling one week in advance. Please email Training to schedule a time. Individual agents can sign up for regular trainings on the Free Training page. Regularly scheduled trainings currently are available each week: on Tuesdays at 1:00 PM Pacific, and Fridays at 10:00 AM Pacific. Free Technical Support
Even after attending a training, sometimes questions arise and Imprev has a fully staffed Technical Support department ready to field agent calls and emails. Phone support is available from 6:00 AM PST to 6:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday. Email support is typically answered within an hour during regular business hours. The Design Center also features a robust FAQ section that helps users get answers to their questions on-demand. And of course, Support is always free. |
