 How Agents Use the Imprev Design Center - 4 Easy Steps
The Imprev Design Center is a website that real estate agents can login to to access professionally-designed, customizable templates for all the marketing materials they need to brand themselves, promote a listing, or correspond professionally day-to-day. Step 1 - Login to the Design Center
An agent accesses the Design Center through their company's intranet. There's no software to download or learn, there's only one login and password to remember, and the Design Center is accessible anytime and anywhere an internet connection is available.Step 2 - Choose a Project and Template
Once logged in, the agent chooses a project - like a virtual tour or postcard. They may easily preview all the different templates available. Step 3 - Upload Photos and Write Copy
After selecting a template, the agent simply follows the instructions as the Design Center steps them through uploading images and inserting text. All images and text are saved in their personal account, making reuse convenient. Agents have access to the Phrase Assistant (a built-in library of real estate-specific phrases), the Article Library (contains over 200 real estate articles), and the Image Assistant (contains over a thousand royalty-free images and cropping tools). These tools are available for use with any of the Imprev products.Step 4 - Distribute the Collateral
An Imprev Design Center offers multiple distribution options including: in-house or professional printing, email, direct mail, CD, online hosting, REALTOR.com and MLS hosting, PDF download.
