Imprev only collects personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide in order to utilize its customized products and services. Personally identifiable information includes, but is not limited to, first and last name, physical address, zip code, email address, phone number, credit card information, and any other information that itself identifies or when tied to the above information, may identify you as a specific individual.
Imprev also collects personally identifiable information that you supply about your clients. Personally identifiable information includes, but is not limited to, first and last name, physical address, zip code, email address, phone number, and any other information supplied by you for use in Imprev's Direct Marketing System for fulfillment of print and email mailing campaigns.
Imprev has partnered with the following companies in order to provide you with additional services. All information provided to obtain these services is collected and maintained by these business partners and not Imprev. Although Imprev only works with trusted service providers, their privacy policies are different from Imprev's and we encourage you to review their privacy policies to understand their personal information handling practices.

When you visit Imprev's site, Imprev collects some basic and anonymous information about your computer, including, but not limited to:
Imprev uses information collected about your computer to perform routine website maintenance and to generate aggregate web site traffic reports so it can develop site content and features of value to you. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Upon registration with Imprev's services, Imprev assigns a user ID number to grant access to the member services. The user ID is used for monitoring member usage and does not contain any personally identifiable information.
Imprev uses cookies and some of the system's features are dependent on their use. Further, Imprev uses cookies to conduct field surveys and to collect general aggregate information on site activity, but the cookies do not store any personally identifiable information. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on Imprev's site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on Imprev's site, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on Imprev's site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use Imprev's site, but some features may not function properly. Cookies can also enable Imprev to track and target the interests of its users to enhance the experience on Imprev's site.
Imprev will never sell your personally identifiable information.
Imprev will share aggregated demographic information with its partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
Imprev uses an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Imprev partners with additional parties to provide specific services. When the user requests these services, Imprev will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

Yes. All the information, (except your name and credit card) provided to Imprev by a member may be updated at any time by accessing your account and going to the section called "Profile" and by deleting projects in your portfolio. You may update your credit card and name by contacting Imprev at (800) 809-3356 or via support@imprev.com.
You can delete your Personal Profile by sending an email to support@imprev.com with your user name and your request to delete your profile in the subject heading. You can delete any project information by accessing the page with that information and clicking the "delete" button. You can respond to an email newsletter by entering "unsubscribe" in the subject line and Imprev will delete your name.
Imprev sends all new members a welcoming email that verifies user name and password. Imprev routinely emails a short member satisfaction survey to members who create marketing projects with our services. Imprev has contracted a third-party fulfillment company to distribute member satisfaction surveys as well as gift certificates. If you earn a gift certificate, Imprev may need to send your name, address, email address, and phone number to the company sending out the gift certificates. Imprev site visitors may also be invited to complete an online survey. Respondents are asked to provide their email address in order to enter them in a drawing for a free prize.
You may also receive emails from Imprev if you subscribed to the Newsletter services or requested the quarterly investor update. Imprev may also contact you to respond to your questions, comments, or requests for assistance.
Imprev will periodically notify members via email and/or mail when new services and features are added.
Users of the Imprev site will receive service enhancement options from our featured strategic alliance companies. Imprev will generate these messages on behalf of these companies. The strategic alliance companies will not receive your contact or personal information.
All personally identifiable information collected in order to provide you with services on the www.imprev.com site (or affiliate sites) is securely stored in Imprev's databases. Access to your information is restricted to selected Imprev employees and other authorized third parties such as state and federal regulatory authorities that perform periodic compliance reviews for the protection of consumers, and in rare cases contractors hired to perform quality control reviews.
Imprev uses leading-edge encryption technologies to protect personally identifiable information provided in order to obtain our services. Our web servers have been cryptographically enabled with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and other encryption technology supporting up to 128-bit encryption. Encryption prevents unauthorized parties from viewing any personally identifiable information provided by a user.
All Imprev personnel are trained in Imprev's consumer privacy and security policies. As a condition of employment with Imprev, all personnel must acknowledge and uphold Imprev's consumer privacy and security policies by signing a Privacy Pledge. This pledge requires Imprev's personnel to comply with consumer privacy and security policies, including not disclosing an individual's personally identifiable information to unauthorized third parties.
